Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy at the listed price. We'll confirm your order by email or on the confirmation page; for online payments, your order is confirmed once we've verified the UPI transaction.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes. We may update prices at any time, but the price you paid at checkout is the price you'll be charged.
Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery and online payment via UPI. Online payments are verified manually — your order stays "payment pending" until we confirm it against the reference number you provide.
Product accuracy
We try to represent every product accurately, but colours can vary slightly depending on your screen, and handcrafted or personalised pieces may have small natural variations.
Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account password secure. You don't need an account to order — guest checkout is always available.
